Get Involved
Choose the role that best fits your interests and availability.
Check-in volunteers when they arrive, providing direction about their volunteer assignment.
Assist guests with check-in when they arrive at the event.
Walk throughout the venue selling raffle tickets and managing credit card transactions.
Light standard votive candles on tables throughout the venue and place signage on easels.
Help take down the tables at the venue after the Luncheon.
Welcome guests at your assigned table, making sure no one disturbs the table.
Encourage guests to take their seats for the Tablescapes Speaker.
